We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all production and warehouse functions, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality output while driving continuous improvement.
3rd shift hours: (10:30PM–7AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across warehouse functions including receiving, dispatch, inventory, and forklift operations
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leads
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and proper equipment use
- Monitor operational performance, inventory rotation, and quality metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and data entry processes
- Partner with safety leadership to improve workplace practices and reduce risk
- Support troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Industrial Management, or related field)
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- 4+ years of warehouse or production leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools
- English fluency required; bilingual skills are a plus
