- Candidates are responsible for incoming and outbound call queues.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of collections experience.
- Must know how to skip trace.
- Must be able to overcome objections and negotiate settlements or payment plans to a zero Balance.

- Must adhere to a Monday through Thursday schedule is 9 AM - 5 PM. F Riday we work from 8:30 AM,- 4 PM. Full time applicants only.
- We are currently seeking candidates with a background in collections.
- Candidate must be able to multi- task and have good time management skills.
- Candidate must have knowledge of FDCPA rules in regulations in regards to consumer debt practices and laws.
- Candidate must have experience utilizing a predictive dialer.
- Candidate will be responsible for working multiple portfolios within his/ her queue on a daily basis.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Hourly pay plus immaculate bonus structure ( 2 monthly bonuses and 1 weekly bonuses w/ NO CAP!! and NO FEE DOLLARS NEEDED). Unlimited earning potential for top negotiators and closers.
