Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services. Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice seeing patients of all ages.

EDUCATION:

Medical Degree: M.D. or D.O.

Family Practice specialization
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Current State Medical License to Practice in the State of Florida

Current D.E.A. certificate.

Board eligible or board certified in family practice; if board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date.

Insurability (malpractice).
