Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation schedules, communicate with drivers and clients, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch transportation trips efficiently.
- Monitor driver locations and trip progress throughout the day.
- Answer incoming calls from clients, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers.
- Assist customers with trip reservations, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding assignments, delays, and route adjustments.
- Maintain accurate trip records and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Verify trip information and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support administrative and office operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, transportation, logistics, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in healthcare transportation, medical scheduling, or NEMT is a plus.

Schedule
