Job Description
Phelps Security is hiring Armed and Unarmed Security Guards for multiple locations across Tennessee and Mississippi. All shifts are available. Experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidates!
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and property
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Report incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- No criminal history; must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
