The Role
We are partnering with a highly respected and established construction organization to identify a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who excels at driving operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight and leadership for a diverse portfolio of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Establish and drive operational strategies that support company goals, project profitability, schedule performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational personnel.
- Monitor project performance, including budgets, schedules, contracts, staffing, risk, quality, and overall execution.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to establish priorities, allocate resources, and address operational challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate financial, contractual, schedule, and operational exposure.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company processes, construction standards, safety requirements, and best practices.
- Support project teams in resolving complex issues and making sound, timely decisions.
- Drive accountability across the organization while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.
- Evaluate staffing needs and ensure projects are appropriately resourced throughout their lifecycle.
- Review project financial performance and work closely with finance and project teams to maintain strong cost controls and profitability.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts as a senior representative of the organization.
