As a Special Education Classroom Aide, you’ll be an integral part of the educational team, supporting preschool-aged students with special needs in a classroom setting. You will assist with implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide personalized support that fosters each child’s academic and social growth.

Primary Need: Fredonia, NY
We are currently hiring to support our Fredonia classrooms.
Additional Locations
Little Seeds Preschool operates 9 classrooms across Chautauqua County, including:
- Jamestown, NY
- Sinclairville, NY
Opportunities at other locations may be available based on program needs.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (30 hours/week)
- Follows a typical school calendar
- 12-month position, including a 6-week summer session
Qualifications
- Experience working with children required
- Special education experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with IEPs is a plus
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
