Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director for our Holistic Health Center where we offer healing services, events, classes, education and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for holistic health, ensuring the smooth operation of our center while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a blend of management expertise, customer service excellence, and an understanding of holistic practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and staff.
- Manage employee orientation, training, and development to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory management to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
- Implement effective marketing strategies while managing pricing, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication skills and team management.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the center’s services within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management as a director or high level position, preferrably with nonprofits.
- Experience in training & development, ensuring staff are well-equipped to meet client needs.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
- Knowledge of holistic health practices is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Proficiency with booking software such as Vagaro and web platforms such as Wix.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Zoho, salesforce, etc.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle various situations effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
