We are a family-owned fine jewelry store in Greenville, SC seeking a full-time Store Associate to support daily store operations, customer service, and administrative tasks while also modeling and showcasing women’s jewelry for social media and in-store marketing. We’re looking for a dependable, organized team member who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to all aspects of the business.
Hours & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Starting at $15/hour

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service by guiding customers through their jewelry selections and custom design journeys.
- Assist with daily store upkeep—cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a polished showroom and back of room.
- Run errands (with your own reliable transportation), such as picking up supplies or handling deliveries.
- Provide flexible support to the owner—managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and assisting with special projects.
- Answer incoming store phone calls.
- Greet customers and answer basic questions.
- Intake jewelry for repair and document customer information.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Assist with light sales support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, professional, and approachable personality—someone who loves working with people.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or luxury sales is preferred but not required.
- Highly trustworthy, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using, basic digital tools, store software, communication platforms and social media.
- Reliable transportation for errands and store tasks.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to assist wherever needed.
