Role Overview-
Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday

No nights or weekends

Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations

Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
-
Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
-
Provide brief interventions and behavioral management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Coverage area includes: Vincennes, Washington, Petersburg, Jasper, and Princeton, Indiana
Compensation and Benefits-
Estimated compensation range of $143,542 - $170,250 annually with no cap on productivity income

Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)

Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications-
Active, unrestricted Indiana state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C

Active DEA or willingness to obtain
