Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students across assigned schools and age groups
- Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
