Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently and promptly
- Support food preparation by cleaning workstations and ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and ready for use
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Handle food handling tasks safely in accordance with health regulations and company policies
- Support catering events by cleaning serving ware and assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and ensure proper operation at all times
- Follow safety procedures for chemical use and waste disposal to promote a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Experience in bussing, food preparation, or catering environments is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning protocols and food handling standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and servers
