Job Summary
We design and build flight-worthy aircraft structures faster than anybody else. We are seeking Composite Fabrication Technicians to join our team and help build next-generation aircraft structures. This role is focused on the precision fabrication and assembly of carbon fiber composite components, including structural bonding, mechanical assembly, drilling, reaming, and aircraft fastener installation. Success in this role requires exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce flight-quality hardware in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Multiple positions are available, from entry level to master builder.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble carbon fiber composite structures in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and aerospace quality standards
- Perform precision part fit-up, drilling, reaming, countersinking, and hole preparation for structural assemblies
- Prepare bonded surfaces and perform structural adhesive bonding using approved aerospace materials and processes
- Install aerospace fasteners, including rivets, Hi-Loks, lockbolts, threaded fasteners, and other aircraft hardware to specification
- Perform mechanical assembly of composite structures, subassemblies, and flight hardware
- Verify fit, alignment, and dimensional accuracy throughout the assembly process
- Perform in-process and final inspections while accurately completing manufacturing documentation
- Identify, document, and assist in resolving non-conformances
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve build processes
- Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- 0–20+ years of experience in aerospace composite fabrication, aircraft assembly, or an equivalent manufacturing environment
- Experience with structural adhesive bonding and composite assembly techniques
- Experience drilling, reaming, countersinking, and preparing holes for aerospace fasteners
- Familiarity with aircraft fastener installation, torque requirements, and assembly best practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly prints, specifications, and work instructions
- Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality control requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with precision hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assembling primary or secondary aerospace composite structures
- Experience installing Hi-Loks, blind fasteners, lockbolts, and solid rivets
- Knowledge of aerospace structural adhesive systems and bond preparation techniques
- Experience with precision measurement and inspection equipment
- Lean manufacturing training
- 5S implementation experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technicians
- Willingness to work overtime to support production schedules

Pay:
Level 1: $20 - $35 hourly plus profit sharing. 0 - 5 Years Experience, Fast Learner.
Level 2: $30 - $50 hourly plus profit sharing. 2 - 10 Years Experience, Experienced Learner.
Level 3: $45 - $65 hourly plus profit sharing. 5 - 20 Years Experience, Expert.
Level 4: $60+ hourly plus profit sharing. World Class
