Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with sales support, digital marketing coordination, social media management, and end-to-end management of trade show activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with CRM and marketing tools, and experienced in coordinating campaigns and events that support lead generation and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Digital & Social Media Support
- Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and schedule social media content across company platforms
- Monitor social media engagement and provide performance insights
- Support website updates, email marketing, and online promotions as needed
- Coordinate marketing collateral and digital assets
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in trade shows and industry events
- Manage trade show logistics including booth reservations, shipping, travel coordination, schedules, and on-site support
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for events
- Track, upload, and follow up on trade show leads in Salesforce
General Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and external vendors
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales and marketing leadership
Sales Support & Salesforce Administration
- Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, supporting users and managing permissions, dashboards, reports, while ensuring data integrity
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, lead tracking, and sales pipelines
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer, prospect, and opportunity data
- Generate sales and marketing reports to support forecasting and performance analysis
- Support sales representatives with CRM-related requests and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification preferred but not required)
- Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or industry conferences
- Familiarity with commonly used sales and marketing software packages, such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management platforms, and design or content tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working with external vendors and agencies

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
