Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Support Professionals. As a care provider, you will deliver essential hands-on support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and encourage community engagement
- Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all care standards
Who We Serve:
Our team provides care to individuals receiving services through:
- Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) programs
- Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), including:
- Sunshine Health
- Simply Healthcare
- Florida Community Care
- Other Medicaid-based programs
Qualifications:
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent experience
- CPR / First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
