Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and household areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency during each shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and outdoor work experience is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina.
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of cooking is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance overall household support.
