Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-Person)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time / Flexible Hours Available
About the Role
Ven Vamos Strategies is hiring a motivated Recruiter to help build our nationwide field team for the 2026 Midterm Elections. In this role, you will identify, screen, and onboard political canvassers, petition circulators, and field staff for campaigns across the country.

Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach.
- Review applications and contact candidates promptly.
- Conduct phone screenings and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant records.
- Follow up with new hires to ensure they successfully begin their assignments.
- Work closely with project managers to meet hiring goals for political campaigns nationwide.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and text messages.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, etc.).
- Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or political campaign experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
