The Board Store Home Improvements, Inc., a leading home remodeling company, is seeking skilled Bathroom and Kitchen Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with experience installing bathroom and kitchen cabinetry, flooring, and various wetspace materials, including acrylic, marble, and tile.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Attention to detail is essential in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
Experience with residential tile applications, including showers, kitchens, and flooring, is preferred. We will also consider applicants interested in wetspace installation only.
Responsibilities
- Perform full bathroom and kitchen renovations, including wetspace installation, cabinetry, flooring, and related finish work.
- Install tile with precision and according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Work effectively with other craftsmen to deliver quality installations in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a strong understanding of building materials and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and flooring installation methods.
- Experience with various tile applications, including backsplashes, flooring, and wetspace installations.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Sign-On Bonus Details:
- $500 after 30 days of employment
- $1,000 after 90 days of employment
Bonus contingent upon successful job performance, satisfactory attendance, adherence to safety expectations, and continuous active employment through payout dates.
