We are a locally owned wine bar with 2 locations in Waukesha and Mukwonago. Seeking 2 bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a fun and fast paced environment. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the team!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a relaxed, safe, and fun environment for our patrons.
- Serve and provide wine, cocktails and beer recommendations to our guests.
- Prepare small plate food pairings.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining room.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike.
Availability:
For this open position, we require availability after 3pm at least 1 day during our weekday hours (Tuesday- Thursday) and at least 1 weekend (Friday or Saturday).
Compensation:
Pay typically ranges $15-$30 per hour with hourly plus tips.
