Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales and upselling opportunities.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining an organized store environment to enhance product visibility.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems proficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges seamlessly.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online channels.
- Support supervising team members by assisting in training new staff on cashiering procedures and customer service standards.
- Engage in retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Skills
