Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, explaining service benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns with clarity and professionalism
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are confirmed and prepared for optimal success
- Maintain high levels of customer service by providing courteous, informative, and engaging communication throughout each interaction
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting (We hire No Experience as well)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Background in technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of product features and benefits
- Experience in customer service or support roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in marketing outreach efforts, including warm calling strategies that build rapport quickly
