AlignaWorX, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Applied AI Content Producer to join our project-based internship program. This is an opportunity for individuals who already possess strong content creation and video editing skills to apply their expertise to meaningful, real-world projects that support workforce development, AI education, public speaking, and nonprofit initiatives.
This internship is designed for individuals who are ready to contribute—not individuals seeking introductory training. Interns will work on active projects, collaborate with professionals, strengthen their portfolios, and gain practical experience producing content that reaches real audiences.

Position Overview
The Applied AI Content Producer will be responsible for transforming long-form presentations, workshops, interviews, podcasts, keynote speeches, and educational content into compelling short-form digital media suitable for today's leading social media platforms.
This role requires someone who understands visual storytelling, audience engagement, branding, and AI-assisted content production.
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce professional short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Transform long-form content into engaging, platform-specific short-form assets.
- Create compelling hooks, captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics that increase audience engagement.
- Edit video and audio to professional quality standards.
- Use AI tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.
- Organize and manage digital media assets and production files.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple content series and platforms.
- Collaborate on content planning and production schedules.
- Meet established project deadlines while managing multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should already demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Professional video editing
- Short-form content production
- Visual storytelling
- Social media content creation
- Captioning and subtitle creation
- AI-assisted content creation
- File organization and workflow management
- Independent project execution
Experience with one or more of the following is expected:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut Professional
- Descript
Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Claude
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Other AI-assisted creative applications
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creating content for:
- Public speakers
- Coaches
- Educators
- Nonprofit organizations
- Professional service brands
- Corporate learning or workforce development initiatives
Experience with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or LinkedIn video content is highly desirable.
Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio is required.
Applicants must submit examples of previous work that demonstrate their editing style, storytelling ability, and overall production quality.
