Manufacturing Laborer
Job Summary:
This position involves performing various manufacturing tasks, with a focus on pressure washing equipment, operating a forklift to move materials, and loading/unloading trucks for shipment. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. There is an opportunity for advancement for motivated and capable individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean machinery and manufactured goods.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility and load/unload trucks.
- Load and secure products onto trucks for shipment, ensuring proper weight distribution and load integrity.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned, including material handling, cleanup, and assisting other team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Arrive to work on time and be consistently reliable.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Experience with pressure washing equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability.
- Background and drug screening should be expected.
