Hours
Our workday generally runs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
Most weekday jobs start around 9:30 AM, and if you can begin earlier, even better
Scheduling is flexible
This role is Monday through Friday — no weekend work
Begin part-time with a real path to full-time hours as we expand
Your Day-to-Day
Handle detailed residential cleaning — both deep cleans and regular upkeep visits
Take care of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, surfaces, and high-touch spots
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and reset every room thoughtfully
Work from our cleaning checklist and any notes left by the client
Clean solo or alongside a small crew
Keep communication friendly and professional with clients and teammates

Follows directions well and takes pride in doing quality work
Experience in home cleaning, housekeeping, hotels, or custodial work is welcome — but if you're the right person, we're glad to train you.
What You'll Need
A valid driver's license
Your own vehicle and dependable transportation — this one is non-negotiable
The ability to get to different client homes across our service areas
Comfort bending, lifting, standing, and cleaning for long stretches
Clear, friendly communication
A neat, professional appearance and a respectful manner
Reliability and readiness to jump in soon
