Role Summary
Located in Fremont, CA, 94538, our facility is looking for a skilled and committed Foreman to join our Sheet Metal Machine Shop. You will serve as a primary leader on-site, responsible for managing day-to-day activities to guarantee peak operational efficiency and superior quality output. Core Duties-
Direct and organize the daily tasks of the sheet metal manufacturing staff.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by enforcing all safety regulations.

Track production timelines and operational flow to ensure all targets are met on time.

Provide guidance and training to staff regarding optimal machine usage and industry standards.

Perform routine checks on all machinery and hardware to verify they are in good working order.

Work alongside leadership to refine workflows and boost overall production output.

Keep precise documentation regarding manufacturing metrics and staff productivity.

Address and settle any operational challenges or interpersonal disputes that occur on the production floor.
Required Skills and Experience-
Completion of high school or a GED; additional technical credentials are considered an asset.

Demonstrated history working within a sheet metal shop, including a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.

Comprehensive understanding of metal fabrication techniques and related equipment.

Superior ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.

Competency in analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints.

Strong aptitude for resolving complex issues with a high level of precision.
