We're a growing player in the merchant cash advance (MCA) space looking for an experienced ISO Manager to own and grow our network of ISOs, brokers, and referral partners. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who already knows the MCA world inside and out—how funding works, how deals flow, and how to keep partners engaged and submitting. Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with ISOs, brokers, and referral partners
- Manage pipelines, track submissions, and keep deal flow moving
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth funding and processing
- Apply your understanding of the funding process, merchant positioning, and deal flow to maximize partner performance
- Follow company systems, procedures, and performance expectations consistently
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE prior experience in the MCA industry, with a solid understanding of the funding process, merchant positioning, and deal flow
- Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain relationships with ISOs, brokers, and referral partners
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to manage pipelines, track submissions, and coordinate across sales and operations teams
- Consistent and dependable, with the ability to follow company systems, procedures, and performance expectations
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
