Training Instructor Job Description
Training Instructors impart industry-specific knowledge and skills, facilitating employee development. Responsibilities encompass designing effective training programs, conducting workshops, evaluating trainee performance, and refining course content to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop training programs for employees

Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hires and current employees

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as needed

Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop solutions

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development

Provide feedback and coaching to employees to facilitate their growth and development

Manage training materials and resources, including training manuals, presentations, and audiovisual equipment

Track and report on employee training progress and completion to management
Requirements:

Minimum of a degree or certification in relevant field or applicable experience in industry

Proven experience as a training instructor or similar role

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to design and develop training programs

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
