Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-person marketing and sales campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
- Represent client brands by engaging directly with customers and business professionals at event locations
- Participate in face-to-face client interactions to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including proposals, follow-ups, and tracking progress
- Build and maintain relationships by providing tailored solutions based on client and customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute campaign strategies and outreach efforts
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and basic client coordination as needed
- Stay informed on products, services, and campaign goals to effectively communicate value
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement and overall campaign success
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences in face-to-face settings
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation within the Tampa area
