Blackhawk Construction, LLC is a locally owned and operated full-service construction company servicing the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our core business is the Multi-Family/Apartment Industry, where we renovate entire apartment complexes – apartments to clubhouses including pools and common areas. Responsibilities
- Execute renovation tasks including drywall installation, demolition, finish carpentry, drywall repairs, trash-out, misc. plumbing, and lighting.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, and hardware while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures; heavy lifting required.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling, carpentry, drywall installation, or related fields.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment necessary for diverse renovation projects.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to adapt quickly on-site.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training or specialized trade certifications are advantageous.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass necessary pre-employment screening.
- Physically able to perform heavy lifting and site work.
- Valid Driver's license.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
