Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Lead
We're looking for a solid lead to join our team. Most of our work is residential remodels and house flips. We need someone who can handle multiple trades, work on their own, and keep jobs moving without someone looking over their shoulder.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in residential remodeling and renovations
- Skilled in multiple trades (framing, drywall, trim, flooring, doors/windows, basic plumbing and electrical, painting, etc.)
- Able to read plans, solve problems, and figure things out in the field
- Shows up on time and takes pride in doing quality work
- Has their own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Can communicate well with homeowners, subcontractors, and the team
Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day work on remodel and flip projects
- Complete work with little to no supervision
- Keep jobs clean, organized, and on schedule
- Make sure the work is done right the first time
- Work alongside and lead a helper
Our leads are paired with helpers, so we're looking for someone who's willing to teach, be patient, and help less experienced guys learn the trade. If you enjoy passing on your knowledge and building a strong crew, you'll fit in well here.
Competitive pay based on experience. If you're dependable, know your craft, and want steady work with a growing company, we'd like to talk.
Pay: $28.55 - $34.39 per hour
