Join our dynamic logistics team as a Truck Order Packer, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and seamless warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using a variety of warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely to move materials within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory by stocking & picking products correctly.
- Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Use RF scanners for order picking and shipping & receiving tasks to streamline logistics processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed during packaging, handling, and storage activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse manager to optimize distribution workflows and support efficient order fulfillment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling tools.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling guidelines and PPE protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and quality control.
- Basic math skills for measuring quantities, calculating weights or dimensions as needed for shipping requirements.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
