Responsibilities & Requirements of the Auto Parts Specialist:

Update files, part statuses, invoices, and returns
-
Receive and verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage.

Order additional parts/supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Process returns and credits

Track parts through the repair process and communicate updates to the team.

Support production by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.

Maintain clean and organized environment
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00pm

Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds

Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude

You must have a valid driver's license
The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Ball Body Shop)
