As a Quality Assurance Specialist at AMS, you're the backbone of our compliance and documentation standards. Out of our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility, reporting to the PMT/AMS Quality Assurance Manager, you'll manage and maintain critical documentation within the PMT/AMS Quality Management System, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures, manuals, and records remain compliant, traceable, and readily available for regulatory audits.
You'll oversee controlled documents from creation through archiving, maintain employee training compliance records, and generate audit schedules and quality performance reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. The role spans procurement documentation review, interface with PMT Project Engineering on purchase orders, fabrication shop document control, and compliance audits of PMT, AMS, and outside vendors' Quality Management Systems, all within the requirements of the PMT 10 CFR 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance Program.
