Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and lounge operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and well-trained team.
- Utilize POS systems such as TOAST for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Conduct staff interviews, performance reviews, and ongoing training to foster a positive team environment.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven management experience in food service environments such as quick service restaurants, casual dining establishments, or bars.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems including TOAST; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams, managing hospitality operations, and training staff effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety management, and budgeting processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with managing hospitality teams in hotel or lounge environments is advantageous.
