Experienced Caregiver – In-Home Care (12-Hour Shifts Available)

Are you a dependable and compassionate caregiver looking to make a real difference? Golden Years is seeking experienced caregivers to provide high-quality, consistent care to clients in the Nashville area.
This role requires individuals who are reliable, professional, and able to follow care plans, schedules, and documentation requirements consistently. Our caregivers play a critical role in ensuring clients receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, etc.)
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Complete accurate and timely documentation (EVV/notes required each shift)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow all care plans and report any changes in condition immediately
- Support clients in home and community settings as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (home care, group homes, assisted living, etc.)
- Must be reliable with strong attendance (no frequent call-offs or lateness)
- Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and documentation requirements
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Experience with dementia, developmental disabilities, or high-acuity clients is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely
- Strong communication and professionalism
