We provide training and support, but candidates should expect a learning curve over the first few years as they become familiar with all aspects of the business. HOWEVER, certain aspects of the job such as speed and accuracy are required, even when performing simple tasks.

This position will begin with foundational administrative responsibilities and has the potential to expand over time. As knowledge, skills, and responsibility grow, compensation and role scope may increase accordingly.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving approach in providing thorough answers for teammates or clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Canva is also appreciated.
- Proven experience with office management, clerical work, or administrative support.
- Ability to proofread documents or audit data carefully for errors.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the work day.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; provide front desk and reception support.
Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with clients to direct questions to senior team members.
Make inquiries to third parties over the phone while following careful instruction from our team.
Maintain highly organized, detailed logs in online filing systems; manage paper filing as needed.
Schedule and coordinate educational webinars as requested and distribute Outlook calendar invites.
Attend internal office meetings, take notes, participate in training, and actively learn.
Develop familiarity in insurance carrier platforms and online enrollment systems.
Assist with completion of online tasks, such as administrative enrollments or retrieval of documents such as invoices or ID cards.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
