We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Director of Marketing & Social Media to lead the marketing efforts for our growing restaurant group. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about restaurants, hospitality, food, craft cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
As the Director of Marketing & Social Media, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing guest engagement, driving traffic to our restaurants, and telling our story across digital and traditional marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Plan and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring all content reflects our brand standards.
- Manage the social media calendar and respond to guest engagement when appropriate.
- Develop email marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
- Coordinate grand openings, seasonal promotions, special events, and community partnerships.
- Work closely with restaurant leadership to promote new menu items, cocktails, events, and private dining opportunities.
- Manage relationships with photographers, influencers, media outlets, and marketing vendors.
- Monitor marketing performance through analytics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all restaurants and marketing materials.
- Stay ahead of hospitality, food, and social media trends to keep our brands fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- Photography and short-form video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in restaurants and attending events during evenings or weekends when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
