At Luxe Global we are hiring an AT&T Sales Associate for AT&T Fiber located in Abilene, Texas! Key Responsibilities as an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Driving marketing initiatives, directly engaging with potential and existing customers
- Utilizing trained marketing strategies to educate clients on fiber services and identify upsell opportunities
- Participating in marketing and sales strategy training to build the necessary skill set
- Representing AT&T Fiber products and services on-site, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborating closely with the AT&T Sales Associate team to enhance campaigns and optimize local outreach
- Learning marketing strategies to improve the customer experience and sales team goals
Qualifications to be an AT&T Sales Associate:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- A genuine interest in marketing and sales
- Obtain a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing interactions
- Motivation to learn and grow within a structured marketing and sales program
- Ability to thrive in a professional, dynamic environment
- Able to balance marketing strategy with efficient execution
- No previous sales experience required
This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
