Duties
- Manage and develop client accounts by providing comprehensive benefits administration services, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Negotiate benefit packages and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Deliver engaging presentations and marketing materials to educate clients on available benefits options, compliance requirements (such as HIPAA), and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Support sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing contracts, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, review benefit utilization data, and recommend improvements or new solutions aligned with their goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes, HIPAA regulations, and telemarketing techniques to effectively promote services.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in marketing strategies relevant to benefits products or services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Pay: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
