Job Overview
We are a design/build company based in Fenton, Mo, and have been in business since 1999. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position involves working on residential and commercial projects, with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in rough/finish carpentry, including the installation of trim, moldings, baseboards, and other decorative elements.
- Experience in remodeling projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship with an eye for detail. Including interior & exterior work to homes/commercial buildings.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively.
- Fabricate and build custom structures according to project specifications.
- Drywall, Mudding, Taping, Sanding, Painting.
- Ability to plumb structures accurately to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical fixtures, lighting, etc..
- Maintenance/Labor work on residential/commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of general construction beyond carpentry.
- Ability to keep jobsites clean and be respectful to customers at all times.
- Able to communicate clearly with others and follow direction when given.
- Reliable and ability to show up to work on time.
- Valid Driver's Licenses & Insurance. (Required)
- Reliable Transportation. (Required)
