We’re hiring a Commercial Printing Cutter Operator to join our Las Vegas production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with cutter experience who wants a stable weekday schedule, solid benefits, and long-term opportunity with an established company.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility will be operating our Perfecta BP 115 programmable hydraulic cutter to trim printed materials accurately and efficiently to spec. You’ll also help support other finishing and bindery functions as production needs require.
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate the commercial paper cutter
- Read job tickets, cutting layouts, and production specifications
- Program cutting sequences for speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic upkeep
- Track production quantities and completed jobs
- Assist with folding, scoring, perforating, booklet making, packaging, kitting, shrink wrapping, and other finishing tasks as needed

The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working across multiple finishing functions.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience operating commercial paper cutters
- Ability to read rulers, measurements, and job specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
Preferred
- Commercial printing experience
- Experience operating Perfecta, Polar, Challenge, or similar programmable cutters
- Bindery or finishing experience
- Experience with folding equipment, booklet makers, scoring, perforating, or mailing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
