As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by following sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy for incoming guests.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to boost sales.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous.
