Marketing Manager - Digital
Purpose
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the performance and growth of all of our digital marketing channels. This includes PPC, Meta, and Pay-Per-Lead (PPL).
Your job isn't simply to manage campaigns. Your job is to discover opportunities, run experiments, learn quickly, and continuously improve our marketing.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, entrepreneurial, and driven to figure out what works. You enjoy testing ideas, making decisions with data, and building systems that improve over time… and doing this at a Hormozi level of volume.
Role Success Statements
- Digital ad results are in alignment with the set target (leads, ROAS)
- Marketing experiments are discovered, executed and evaluated in accordance to the target (volume and quality)
- Pro Source marketing strategy, targeting and messaging is effective
- Pro Source Marketing department is standardized, documented, evaluated and improved
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all PPC, Meta, and Pay-Per-Lead campaigns.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and evaluate a high volume of marketing experiments.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve results.
- Continuously look for new channels, audiences, and strategies to test.
- Review marketing spend and eliminate waste.
- Help develop creative, offers, and messaging that improve campaign performance.
- Oversee and help create all content creation
- Conduct customer research and surveys to better understand our ideal customer.
- Challenge assumptions and existing marketing practices to ensure decisions are backed by sound logic and measurable results.
- Build documentation, reporting, and processes that make the marketing department stronger over time.

Compensation
Salary + Bonus: $175k - $225k
Pay: $175,000.00 - $2,250,000.00 per year
