Bartender
Fireside Tavern is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bartender to be a cornerstone of our guest experience. You'll be more than just a bartender—you'll be the host of our bar, creating a welcoming and lively environment for every guest. The ideal candidate is a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced setting and uphold our commitment to quality and service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beers to the highest standards.
- Be the face of our bar, building rapport with guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, managing inventory and preparing for each shift.
- Work collaboratively with our servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless food and drink delivery.
- Adhere to all liquor laws and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Efficiently handle all payment transactions and end-of-shift cash out.
- Commit to a 4-5-day work week, with Friday and Saturday shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. required.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Strong skills in POS systems, cash handling, and responsible alcohol service (TIPS/ServSafe preferred).
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays.
