Responsibilities include: General interior and exterior maintenance, repairs to apartments and common areas, respond to work order requests. Must be able to respond to after hours emergency calls approx. every other week (paid as overtime). Must have own tools, vehicle and drivers license. Work week is Mon. to Fri. 8AM to 4:30PM. Saturday 8AM to 12Noon. 44 hour work week (Wages calculated as: 40 Regular time + 4 Overtime) plus Apartment with all utilities paid (Apartment is in addition to wages stated below), health insurance, 1 week paid vacation, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays and $1,000.00 signing bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
