Job Type: Part-Time or PRN
Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour

We specialize in pediatric dental surgeries, and we’re looking for a PRN or PT Dental Assistant who is passionate about making a difference — someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine heart to their work.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support dentists during procedures, helping ensure each child feels safe and cared for
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Take and develop dental x-rays to support accurate diagnoses
- Provide reassurance and guidance to patients and families, reinforcing positive oral health habits
- Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth clinic operations
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming surgical environment
- Uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety
- Assist with inventory management and ensure clinical teams have the tools they need to provide excellent care
You will work under the guidance of the Site Director and collaborate closely with the broader clinical team to deliver mission-driven care each day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Dental Assistant with an active radiology license
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience preferred)
- Warm, empathetic communicator — especially with children and families
- Strong multitasking skills with a calm, steady presence in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control standards
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient safety, respect, and dignity
