What You’ll Do
Triage Partners is currently seeking experienced Fiber Installation & Repair Technician, you’ll install, repair, and maintain fiber to residential customers
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone services
- Troubleshooting and repairing coax systems using signal meters and diagnostic tools
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
- Representing the company professionally with customers
- Working in various weather conditions and at heights
- Using job management systems to document work
What You’ll Need
- Your own truck, van or SUV (required) with ladder rack.
- Fiber tools and 28' fiberglass ladder
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards
- Flexible availability to meet changing schedules
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments
- Basic computer proficiency
- Auto insurance, liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance
Additional Info
Pay: Productivity paid by units
Contracting with Triage Partners, LLC requires successful completion of:
- Drug screening
- Background check (including MVR)
