<Job Summary>

<Responsibilities>
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmission, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and diesel engines.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems and execute precise repairs.
- Conduct alignments and suspension work to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized automotive tools to complete repairs safely and effectively.
- Interpret vehicle service alerts, auto estimating reports, and repair orders to provide transparent communication with customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used in compliance with dealership standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology trends including diagnostics techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Assist in preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using advanced scan tools and software.
- Skilled in reading schematics for electrical wiring diagrams and system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive maintenance tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Must have your own tools and willing to invest in yourself
