Job Title: Billing & Eligibility Processor, Class III
Location: Covina, CA

Position Summary:
Local, private company specializing in Taft-Hartley trust fund administration is looking for the right Billing and Eligibility process to join a highly qualified team. You will performs all aspects of updating and maintaining employer and employee master files for specific trust funds. The functions may include daily depositing of employer/employee payments, reconciling and balancing employer reports, determining participant eligibility, collecting and researching data necessary to efficiently administer employer/participant records, understanding and following Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Two (2) year general office experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is greatly valued.
- Ability to use 10-key calculator by touch, type 40-45 WPM; and Microsoft Word, Excel , Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Composing and typing of routine correspondence, requesting information via form letters, and memoranda
- Reviewing and responding to general requests of participants and other outside parties.
- Professional and pleasant telephone and in-person communication skills required for telephone backup.
- Maintaining electronic files.
- Must be detail-oriented with good arithmetic aptitude.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to lift weight up to 35 pounds must have full range of motion, ability to reach and lift from side to side and have the ability to push and pull.
- Must have ability to move between workstation and filing cabinets.
- Other work related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.85 - $25.98 per hour
