Demo Plus Group, Inc. is one of the fastest-growing civil construction contractors in Tennessee, and we're looking for an ambitious Marketing & Content Manager to help tell our story.

What You'll Do
- Create high- quality photo and video content from active construction projects.
- Capture and edit drone footage (FAA Part 107 Certification preferred).
- Produce engaging videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
- Develop creative campaigns that grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage the company's social media strategy and content calendar.
- Tell the stories behind our people, projects, equipment, and company culture.
- Track analytics and continuously improve content performance.
- Assist with recruiting campaigns, company events, and brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional videography, photography, and editing skills.
- Experience with drones and aerial videography.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and audience growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working both in the office and on construction sites.
- Marketing, communications, or related degree preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
